Winner at The Photo Annual Awards 2020 (formerly PDN) in the photojournalism category with my ongoing project "˜THE KUNG FU NUNS OF THE HIMALAYAS'

I am truly honoured to announce that I am one of the winners of The Photo Annual Award 2020 (formerly PDN’s Photo Annual) in the photojournalism category with my ongoing project ‘THE KUNG FU NUNS OF THE HIMALAYAS’. This project is very dear to my heart and I am so grateful that I am able to share the fascinating story of the nuns with the world!

This ongoing project is part of my larger body of work AMAZONS, following inspiring warrior women worldwide. Thank you to all the judges for acknowledging my work. And congratulations to all the other winners for their powerful work!
